1. Demand Matching Phase

The client clarifies their needs, including the material (cotton, polyester, etc.), specifications (weight, size), color, quantity, and intended use of the fabric/garment. The company provides existing samples or custom-made samples. After both parties confirm the sample details, a quotation including unit price, shipping costs, and payment terms is provided, and cooperation terms are finalized.

2. Production Execution Phase

After the client pays an advance payment, the company places a production order and procures raw materials (yarn, dyes, etc.). Production proceeds according to the established process: fabrics undergo spinning, weaving, dyeing, and finishing, garments require additional cutting and sewing. Multiple quality inspections are conducted during production and after completion to ensure compliance with agreed standards.

3. Delivery and After-Sales Phase

After the client inspects the goods or confirms the finished sample, the company arranges logistics and provides a tracking number. Upon receipt and acceptance by the client, the final payment is made. For any subsequent quality issues, assistance is provided for returns, exchanges, or replacements. Long-term clients will receive regular follow-ups to maintain cooperation.
